Kents Cavern ~ Torquay

Today we've been to the (I think it is) biggest cave of the UK: Kents Cavern in Torquay. We went with the local Home Education "Historical Visits" group.

The difficult part was that Adam was a little claustrophobic. So it took a while to get him a little at ease. And Levi didn't really see the point of going into the Cave anyway ;)). But I think we did ok, eventually.

We had a very nice tour; the guide was very friendly, very child-orientated and entertaining!

After the Cave, we had lunch and after that we did a quest in the garden (everybody happy!); Adam helped several other people finding the ones they had missed (in English!!) and Levi and Boaz could run around.

We did some fun digging and were allowed to bring the "treasures" home.

(I'm sorry for my short stories, lately. It's just that I spend less time on the computer (which is good actually))

Jullie doen wel leuke dingen daar!!
Wat lekker zonnig al bij de ezels!

Toch fijner; dingen ondernemen dan computeren, zeker als je mooie foto's maakt van het 'dingen doen'.

Gezellig weekend!
